Organization
Idara Khidmat-e-Insaniyat ® was formed in November by Ch. Muhammad Bashir President Idara Khidmat-e-Insaniyat ® with the idea to Help, Care and dilvery of the childrent to their home to promote Peace, Interfaith and Harmony, education and health services to eradicate extremism, terrorism & root out poverty, in the Pakistan. Informal contribution was made by the members in these fields. However, the members decided to formally establish the NGO in2001, and run the programs with broader perspective. As such the Idara Khidmat-e-Insaniyat ® was formally got registered in 18th November 2002 under the Punjab Social Welfare (Registration & Control). Few more subjects other than Child Care, health and education like environment, child right, women development etc. were also included in the Charter of the Idara Khidmat-e-Insaniyat ®. Since Idara Khidmat-e-Insaniyat ® is working in a highly organized and methodical manner on various programs.
An important aspect of the Idara Khidmat-e-Insaniyat ® is conceptualizing; the interfaith harmony means “a cooperative and positive interaction between people of different religions, traditions, faiths, and spiritual or humanistic beliefs,” at the individual and institutional level. Overall the aim of this organization is work on lost children’s/ old age peoples/ educate the new generation, free education to the poor people’s with new technologies and some skilled education.

Idara Khidmat-e-Insaniyat ® strives for the advancement of equality and respect for human dignity in Pakistan and around the world through human rights education programs, research and advocacy initiatives.

Development of a culture which believes that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights and everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, without any discrimination.
Freedom of Expression
Fostering of a culture which allows free expression of opinions and ideas, ensuring the democratic process is followed in decision making which is not only important for individual dignity but also participation, accountability and democracy.
Integrity
Working transparently as compatible to the vision and mission of Idara Khidmat-e-Insaniyat ® Creating and maintaining and environment conductive to follow and implement the systems of accountability.
Gender Mainstreaming
Expanding the scope of gender mainstreaming by maintaining the equal opportunity environment for men and women at all levels, ensuring the participation of women in its decision making through their presence in the Governing Body and maximum inclusion in programs.
Democratic Decision Making
Maintaining a democratic culture ensuring that the decisions follow the democratic process, and the team members fully participate in discussions and deal openly with differences of opinion hence play an important role in decision making.
